Lemon Souflé

4 lemons
3 eggs
2 tsp flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup lemon juice

Cut the heads of the lemons and carve out the insides. Mix egg yolks with flour, half of the sugar and lemon juice with a mixer. Double-boil the mixture in a cooking pan. Take another bowl and mix egg whites and the rest of the sugar. Gather the mixtures altogether and slowly stir. Fill the lemons with this mixture. Put it in the oven 180 ⁰C /350 ⁰F for 13-14 minutes. Bon appétit!
