This is just one example of what I had for breakfast and lunch one day (a while back). I’ve slightly changed the way I eat nowadays to include less fat – so I wouldn’t have used oil when I was making that stir-fry (although I only did use just a little in this video).
You can tweak anything here to suit your own taste buds and what you prefer to eat! I love rice bowls 🙂
